Last updated: November 5, 2026. This page explains what the FAJR Z website saves, why, and how to ask us to delete it. It describes what the site actually does today.
Who we are
FAJR Z is an AI automation agency. We run this website. You can reach us at fajrz.ai@gmail.com.
Cookies and tracking
The website's own code does not set cookies, does not store anything in your browser to track you, and does not run analytics or advertising trackers.
Chatting with Alex
Alex, the chat assistant on our home page, is an AI, not a human. When you send Alex a message, the text is processed by an AI service (Cloudflare Workers AI) so it can write a reply.
We also save the text of each message you send, with the date and time, in our database. We use this to see what visitors ask and to improve the site. We do not save Alex's replies, and we do not save your name or IP address with the message. If you type personal details into a message, they will be saved too, so please don't.
The live demos
The demos use made-up sample businesses and AI assistants. Anything you type into a demo is sent to an AI service to produce a reply.
- AI customer support demo: we save the text of the messages you send, the same way as for Alex.
- AI sales and follow-up demo: your messages are sent to the AI to get a reply, and we do not save them.
- AI lead qualification demo: your messages are sent to the AI to get a reply. When the demo finishes, we save one record with the business type you picked, what you said you need, your budget, your timeline, and the email address and phone number if you gave them (they are left empty if you didn't), plus the date and time. This is the only place the site asks for an email or phone number and keeps it.
Please don't enter real personal details into a demo unless you are happy for us to keep them.
Contact and request forms
This covers the project inquiry, the plan and service request forms, and the voice agent demo request. What you type stays in your browser and is not sent to our servers. When you finish, the site opens Gmail or WhatsApp with your message already written, or lets you copy it. It only reaches us if you choose to send it. Once you do, Gmail or WhatsApp handles it under their own privacy policies. We use what you send to reply to you.
Spam protection
To stop abuse of the AI features, we count how many requests each visitor makes. To do this we turn your IP address into a scrambled code (a one-way hash) and save only that code, never the address itself. These records are cleared out automatically a few minutes after they expire, as part of normal use of the site.
Other companies involved
- Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the AI replies, and stores our database. Like any web host, it sees your IP address when you visit.
- Google Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- Gmail and WhatsApp are only involved if you choose to send us a message through them.
Apart from the AI processing described above, the site's code does not send the information it saves to anyone else.
How long we keep it
The scrambled IP codes used for spam protection are cleared out automatically a few minutes after they expire. Saved chat messages and demo records are not deleted automatically. We keep them until we delete them or you ask us to.
Asking us to delete your data
Email fajrz.ai@gmail.com and tell us what you want removed. Saved chat messages are not linked to your name or email, so please tell us roughly when you chatted and what you wrote so we can find it. For a demo record, tell us the email address or phone number you entered. We will delete what we can find and reply to confirm.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and its date.
