Building Practical AI Systems for Real Businesses

I combine an understanding of customer communication and business problems with modern AI and software development to build practical systems designed around how businesses actually work.

My Story

My Story

Abdul Hannan, Founder of FAJR-Z

Before FAJR-Z, I was doing telemarketing. That's where I first understood how businesses actually win or lose customers.

A year ago, I tried opening my own BPO — investing my own savings while we were still finding our feet. My own friend, someone I trusted, scammed me out of it.

I didn't stop. I moved into forex trading, trying to recover what I'd lost. Then I found out it was haram — so I walked away from that too, even though it would've been the faster way back.

That year taught me something: businesses lose customers every single day, not because their product is bad, but because nobody responds fast enough. So I built FAJR-Z — an AI automation agency that helps businesses get more leads and more sales, and makes sure no customer is ever lost to a slow reply again.

I'm 19. This is just the start.

Why Work With Me

Why Work With Me

I don't believe in selling AI for the sake of AI. I focus on understanding the business problem first, then building the simplest solution that actually makes sense.

  • Clear Communication

I explain what I'm building, why it matters, and what the client can realistically expect before development starts.

  • Business-First Thinking

My background in telemarketing and customer communication helps me understand leads, customer conversations, and the problems businesses face before jumping into the technical solution.

  • Working Proof Over Claims

I prefer showing working demos, prototypes, and real systems instead of relying on exaggerated claims, fake statistics, or buzzwords.

  • Build, Test, Verify

Every project is tested for functionality, usability, responsiveness, and real-world behavior before I consider it complete.

Process

How I Work

Every project starts with understanding the real problem before choosing the technology.

  1. Understand

Learn the business, the current workflow, and the actual problem that needs solving.

  2. Plan

Define the solution, scope, required tools, integrations, timeline, and expected outcome before development begins.

  3. Build

Develop the automation, AI agent, chatbot, or custom software based on the agreed plan.

  4. Test

Test functionality, usability, responsiveness, edge cases, integrations, and real-world behavior before delivery.

  5. Deliver & Improve

Deliver the working system, explain how it works, and make reasonable improvements based on feedback.
